This is a service designed to help quickly, easily, and conveniently fix and sort out problems on computers in the home.  Quickly, as you could have a problem sorted with your computer within 24 hours of contacting us, easily, as you don't have to pack your computer up and send it anywhere, and conveniently, as the problem can be sorted in your own home, and at a time convenient for you.

We can perform hardware and software check-ups, provide performance and responsiveness enhancements so that your current computer can perform its functions that bit (or that much) better, and spot hardware issues (such as hard disks beginning to show signs of impending failure, normally resulting in serious data loss).

Another important part of the service is ensuring that the software running on your computer is secured against common forms of attack, including viruses and trojans, through your Internet connection, as well as making sure that there hasn't been a compromise in the security already in place.  We can also advise on what software is worth using or avoiding in this respect to lower the risk of such attacks being successful in the future.

Pricing scheme

The callout fee covers the first hour of the visit.  Further hours are charged at £15.00 per hour.
